Features: This series of products are phosphating epoxy resin without halogen, part of the products have UV blocking function, suitable for halogen free CEM-1, CEM-3, FR-4, FR-5 copper clad plate and adhesive sheet, with good heat resistance, water resistance and processing properties; It can be cured by DICY , linear phenolic resin, nitrogenous phenolic resin and so on.

Application: CEM-1, CEM-3, FR-4, FR-5 copper clad plate and adhesive sheet manufacturing.
